Welcome to the 2026-2027 school year! 

I am honored and excited to serve as the principal of J. W. McLauchlin Elementary School. It is a privilege to lead a school filled with dedicated educators, amazing students, and supportive families.

At McLauchlin, we believe every child deserves to feel known, valued, supported, and challenged. Our goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and engaging learning environment where students are empowered to grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

I believe that strong relationships, high expectations, collaboration, and a shared vision are the foundation for a successful school. As principal, I am committed to listening, learning, and working alongside our staff, students, families, and community to ensure that every Mustang has the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Together, we will continue to build a school culture where excellence is expected, growth is celebrated, and every student is encouraged to believe in what they can accomplish.
